I was just bragging about how I thought my asthma was cured. I think my lungs are as good as they used to be. Wham, wheezing and gasping for breath. Of course as soon as I rounded a hill there were people at the top. When your heavy you do think about the impression you make, and you don't mean a good impression. So I rode on puffing on my inhaler and soon was able to breath again. Good clean air, deep grateful breaths.

Its been a long time since I've ridden a bike, but I sure do remember the sore muscles when I pushed myself. It is a good sore, but it still hurts.

I followed a link from Mary's journal and found that you live in Sioux City?! My mom grew up in Sloan and my aunt and uncle still live there. My grandma moved to an assisted living place in Whiting after my grandpa died last year.
I just scrolled through your pictures. My aunt loves to take us to that Lewis and Clark museum. It's pretty cool!
